Doctors & Staff

Dr. Stacey Frick is a 1999 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He is a recipient of awards for small animal anesthesia and has lectured on topics at the local and state levels as well as internationally. Dr. Frick is a past president of the Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. Since joining Eastgate Animal Hospital in 2002, Dr. Frick has been thankful to have developed such great relationships with the wonderful clients and patients of the hospital.  Dr. Frick is also fortunate to have many surrounding veterinarians refer surgical cases to him for advanced procedures such as abdominal and orthopedic surgeries.  He  is passionate about client communication and patient pain management.  




Dr. Gretchen Goode is a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She was the Vice President of her graduating class and was active in the Veterinary Business Management Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio Northern University in 2003. She is originally from Mason and currently lives in Milford with her husband, Robert, her daughter Emeline, and their three cats, Mini, iPod, and Hazelnut, and her cornsnake, Lily. She is the past president of the Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.



Dr. Todd Phillips is a local boy, graduating in the mid-eighties from Princeton High School. He attended Morehead State University for his undergraduate education, and is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Phillips has been at Eastgate Animal Hospital since 1996. His concern for animals is famous, even in the middle of the night! His special interests are in pain management and diseases of old age. He is a past president of the Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Phillips lives in the Cincinnati area with his wife, Stephanie, and their four children, two rescued Labrador Retrievers, and one cat. 



Dr. Adriana Ragazzo joined the practice in May of 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from University of Delaware in 2005 and is a 2009 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interests include small animal internal medicine and cardiology.  Dr. Ragazzo shares her home with two cats.   Dr. Ragazzo is a member of the Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association, the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Tiffany Wiltshire, the Practice Manager, joined the practice in October 2012.  She oversees office operations, employee training, client relations, and communications/marketing.  With a background in both veterinary medicine and management, she is able to understand all aspects of the practice and facilitate what's needed to make the hospital run smoothly.  Tiffany has worked in the veterinary field for 10 years as a veterinary technician and office manager. Tiffany is passionate and dedicated to the practice and welcomes any client to contact her with any questions or concerns. 
She has a zoo of her own including a lab mix, a boston-frenchie mix, a boston terrier, and 4 cats!! Tiffany will be adding to her zoo with a new baby this March 2015!
