Book An AppointmentWhat to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
To help make the process more pleasant for both you and your pet, here is what you can expect at your first appointment.
Get Settled
Please come about 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save some time, you can complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our team members will review your pet's history and discuss their issues with you. You may ask any questions you have, and we will answer them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once a veterinarian has assessed your pet, we will provide you with a diagnosis and treatment options. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.
Following your visit, we will develop a detailed report of our diagnosis, the discussion we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We'll keep this information for your reference.

We steadfastly believe in preventive care, client education, and providing comprehensive medical care to pets from the Cincinnati, Mt. Carmel, and Clermont areas.
